工作说明： Job Responsibilities:
1.Communication with customers and improve customer satisfaction;

2.Lead and Manage logistics team with functions of Material & Production Planning, Customs Clearance, Warehousing and Transportation. Coordinate with other departments to solve all problems related to logistics;

3.Monitor production plan, Balance and track all the schedules from customers and forecast all the capability requirement , adjust and control production against real sales-capacity situation;

4.Monitor all operations in the plant, including guarantee the production in plant, fulfill customer orders, make management of suppliers, control inventory and warehouse operations, maintain MRP system etc.;

5.Develop and improve logistics procedures to optimize supply chain;

6.Involved in set up of Mfg/Pro system in MMSH, bar-code lot tracking and related operation process, Manage package for new products;

Job Requirements:
1.Rich experience in logistics management, over 8 years work experience in logistics and manufacturing field;

2.Possess leadership to manage a team, experience in personnel management;

3.Good coordination and communication and time management skills;

4.Customer-oriented and self-motivated with aggressive personality;

5.Capability on decision making and self problem solving;

6.University or above degree in Business or Engineering.

7.Lead and improve internal control;

8.Analyze and manage inventory days of stock, stock accuracy, expense of all logistics operation, supplier service performance,customer satisfaction, logistics flow performance, making use of obsolete stock and scraps prevention & disposition;

9.Other works assigned by plant manager;

10.Fluent English and good communication skill.
