工作说明： 供应商开发工程师 SDE (Supplier Development Engineer)
Job Responsibilities:
Formulate and expand organizational policies and operating procedures for Supplier Quality Management.
Identify suppliers with Quality issues.
Maintain superior Quality Suppliers level.
Lead APQP process for purchase products.
Identify and evaluate together with buyer the Quality and Finance status of advanced suppliers.
Lead process & system audit for advanced and existing suppliers.
Other jobs as assigned by manager.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a proven and substantial Quality background within the automotive area. He / She is used to working in a highly competitive environment and is familiar with and accepts working within an international orientated matrix organization.
He / She is a graduate in engineering with at least 3 years industry specific experience in Quality / Purchasing, has pragmatic problem solving ability. English is a must.

A University degree in engineering.
3 Years automotive experience and success in the Quality / Purchasing area.
Proven leadership skills.
Fluency in English.
Persuasiveness.
