工作说明： Job Title: Production Manager (APU2)
Report to：Plant Manager
Qualification:
Degree in any engineering field and 5 years working experience as manufacturing operations.
Responsibility:
1. Ensure all product and company goals are met.
2. Coordinate production schedules
3. Ensure cover customer demands
4. Ensure continuous improvement, document and publish results through out the organization
5. Ensure and promote the implementation of AL WCM system
6. Empower team work between all employees and coach subordinates
7. Coordinates and validate all PDCA, following accuracy implementation and effectiveness
8. Manages the enforcement of QRQC rules
9. Responsible for the release of new products
10. Responsible for the production after the implementation of corrective actions(PDCA)
11. Represent the interface between customer and the company
12. Any other task from PM.

Authority:
1.Make decesion for any emergency cases.
2.Decide for Line stoppage/process stoppage etc. in case of any deviation.
3.Assign a person to act on behalf in case of absence.
4. Control production cost, such as scrap, over work.
5. Optimizing layout for efficient utilization with MFE of plant area.
6.Authorized to take reasonable and proper action as may be necessary to carry out the responsibilities and to achieve the objectives assigned - as long as such action does not deviate from established company policies and practices.
