工作说明： Qualification:
University degree, major in engineering, mechanical or related field.
Good English communication skills.
Good at Microsoft Office, Auto CAD. Good project management.
Familiar with the mechanical principle, electrical and pneumatic control.
Over 3 years engineering experience on machine & equipment management.
Strong understanding injection molding machine & metalizing machine maintenance will be given priority.
Responsibility
Repair machinery and facility.
Preventive and corrective maintenance for the machinery and facility.
Respond to any substance contingency in the area.
Buildings and building services engineering: Ensure operating ability and proper condition/ conservation of value; organize and check all necessary maintenance and repair work and organize cleaning of the buildings; work autodoor facilities, winter service, water station supply, ventilation system.
Complete continuous improvement plan of machine, fixtures, gripper and facility.
Provide support to the production areas.
Plan, coach technicians to maintain machine and equipment.
Technical support in the case of the setting-up of critical machines/installations/plants and drawing up of specific set-up instructions.
Installation and commissioning new equipment, tooling and facility.
Move the machine or fixtures in the plant, gripper manufacture.
Monitor subordinates (technicians) to follow up the Company regulation to prevent any injury.
