工作说明： Responsibility工作职责
1.New project launch and take responsibility as a leader in development phase;
2.Build the new project process development plan;
3.Make process analysis for new projects ( including components make or buy analysis, manufacturing method investigation, equipment and tooling investment );
4.Develop technical specification for new equipment
5.Prepare relevant process documents ( including layout of shop floor, equipment and tooling technical contract, process flow chart, PFEMA , Process card, WIs, package and delivery specification ) ;
6.Training relevant people
7.Support all engineering change activities impacting the manufacturing process.
8.Support TS16949 requirements
9.Maintain BOM system
10.package concept design for new products
11.Other jobs as assigned by Process manager

Qualification:任职条件
1.B.S. , major in mechanics
